NSII Vesalius MCN plus is a modern monopolar and bipolar device offering low-heat cut and coagulation for neuro and spine surgery. Patented high frequency waveforms of 4MHz, 8MHz, 12MHz, and 16MHz deliver the requisite energy needed to break molecular bonds with minimal heat generation. During the cut function, the temperature never exceeds 45-50o C. During coagulation, the waveforms raise the temperature up to 63-65o C without damaging the vessel.
