This remote racking device connects to AKR Series breakers to allow the maintenance person to rack a drawout type breaker in or out without being in front of the breaker during this operation. This remote racking device applies to any GE/non-GE 480V draw-out equipment that uses GE AKR breakers.
A small breaker and door modification is required. See Instruction Sheet DEH-41482.
